It was a pleasure to paint more animal designs for Yuedumu School doors. Since one of the doors I painted the year before was already wrecked by the kids, the school decided to have me painting my motives on door sized metal plates instead, so that they can be srewed onto the doors and easlily be transfered if necessary.
I love painting that big and had a great time in my studio on the school campus with all the kind and supporting people around. Warlukurlangu Aboriginal Art Centre provided excellent acrylic paint, which is a real treat when you have to work in the middle of a desert.
